Emailing marketing back in the mid 90's it was awesome!
Marketers were getting 91% open rates. We as users used to actually read and interact with every email we got, because it was new and we didn't get so many.
Nowadays, what with the ridiculous amount of emails received daily. We've grown accustomed and blind to these feeble attempts to grab our attention, and as a result, you'd be lucky to see a 5% open rate.
